Trapezoidal Muntin Grids

چکیده
The three connected buildings of the former Suffolk Manufacturing Company in Lowell, known as Mills Nos. 5, 6 and 8, were built in 1862 (No. 5) and 1880 (Nos. 6 and 8), at a time when the city of Lowell was one of the predominant centers of the textile industry in the United States. Located within the Locks and Canals National Register Historic District, this impressive complex of mill buildings housed in more recent years a synthetic textile weaving operation under the ownership of the Wannalancit Textile Company. In 1981 the buildings were acquired for development as the Wannalancit Office and Technology Center, a project involving 286,000 square feet of rental space. The long unbroken pattern of some 900 small-paned windows dominates the facades of these buildings and is clearly their most significant architectural element. At the time of the conversion to an office complex, the original doublehung windows, arranged with 12-over-12 lights, had survived in Mills Nos. 6 and 8, but virtually all the sash and some of the frames had been removed form Mill No. 5 (see figure 1).

Unconditionally stable integration of Maxwell's equations
Numerical integration of Maxwell's equations is often based on explicit methods accepting a stability step size restriction. In literature evidence is given that there is also a need for unconditionally stable methods, as exemplified by the successful alternating direction implicitfinite difference time domain scheme. In this paper we discuss unconditionally stable integration for a general sem...
متن کاملScattering From Complex Geometries Using a Parallel FVTD Algorithm
A D explicit nite volume algorithm has been developed to simulate scattering from complex geometries on parallel computers using structured body conformal curvilinear grids Most simulations with realistic D ge ometries require a large number of grid points for adequate spatial resolution making them suitable to parallel computation The simulations have been carried out using a multi block zonal...
متن کاملTrapezoidal/triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers versus interval-valued trapezoidal/triangular fuzzy numbers and applications to multicriteria decision making methods
We establish relationships between the set of trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and the set of interval-valued trapezoidal fuzzy numbers and, on the other hand, between the set of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and the set of triangular fuzzy numbers. Based on these main results of the paper, the methods or procedures elaborated for interval-valued trapezoidal or triangular fuzz...
متن کاملA Classification of Trapezoidal Words
Trapezoidal words are finite words having at most n+1 distinct factors of length n, for every n≥ 0. They encompass finite Sturmian words. We distinguish trapezoidal words into two disjoint subsets: open and closed trapezoidal words. A trapezoidal word is closed if its longest repeated prefix has exactly two occurrences in the word, the second one being a suffix of the word. Otherwise it is open...
متن کاملSome Arithmetic Aggregation Operators with Intuitionistic Trapezoidal Fuzzy Numbers and Their Application to Group Decision Making
Methods for aggregating intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy information are investigated. Some operational laws of intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers are introduced. Based on these operational laws, some aggregation operators, including intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (ITFOWA) operator and intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy hybrid aggregation (ITFHA) operator, are p...
